Need an easy recipe for a low-fat dessert?

Did you know October is National Dessert Month?  For The Constant Baker, this is one of our favorite times of the year!  A reason to celebrate dessert!  But even if you’re watching your calorie-intake, despair not.  Here is a tasty, healthy recipe so you can celebrate National Dessert Month too!

GREEK YOGURT WITH ORANGES & MINT

Ingredients

6 tbs. fat-free Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 large orange, peeled, quartered and sliced crosswise
4 fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced

Method
Stir together the yogurt and honey. Spoon yogurt mixture over the orange slices; scatter mint on top. Enjoy! It’s only 171 calories per serving and 0 fat!
